Service Description

This bundle includes one 90-minute and three 60-minute sessions. In a PSYCH-K facilitation session, our focus will be on helping you uncover any areas of resistance, frustration, or anguish that may be holding you back from living a fulfilling life. Our first step will be to explore what you truly desire, which can sometimes be a challenge if you're not fully aware of your deepest wants. Once we've identified your desire, we will work together to create a clear and concise goal statement that encapsulates your desired outcome. This statement will be the foundation for the PSYCH-K process, which involves reprogramming your subconscious mind to support you in achieving your goals. During the PSYCH-K process, we will use various techniques to help you access your subconscious mind and identify any limiting beliefs that may be hindering your progress. These beliefs will then be transformed into positive and supportive beliefs that align with your goals. As a PSYCH-K facilitator, I will guide you through the process, helping you to identify and release any emotional blockages that may be preventing you from achieving your desired outcome. Through this process, you will begin to experience a shift in your mindset, allowing you to live a life you love and manifest the things you truly desire.
